How to return a GreenDice computer?

To cancel Your GreenDice membership, You must return the IT devices You are using.
This includes any devices that are broken or no longer functional. There are no fines or additional charges for damaged devices.

How to Return the Devices:

1. Notify Us
   • Email tugi@greendice.ee
     Inform us that You wish to cancel your membership and return the devices. This ensures we can track the return and stop further invoices.
2. Prepare the Devices for Return
   • If necessary, pack the devices securely to prevent damage during transport.
     If You still have the original packaging, please use it.
   • Clearly label the devices with your name and phone number.
     You can attach a note to the device or place it inside the package.
